Here are the main differences between Hard mode and Expert mode: • Players’ health is halved compared to Hard difficulty. • Reduced players aim assist. • AI shoots faster by 1/3. • Enemies in combat are not shown on mini map by default (they appear only if they are tagged).
Forgive the crudeness, I just used MS Paint to try to get the whole map in the pic. Primal permadeath runs became my obsession for a while, completed more than 25 full runs to date. Including a 100% on expert. Countless more failed runs. But speedruns are my favorite, maximizing efficiency while still all only one mistake away from losing it all.
Far Cry Primal players on all platforms will be able to download the new Survival Mode as part of a free patch coming in April. And, PC players care getting 4K textures with the patch.

This is a follow up to my previous post about 100%'ing Primal on Permadeath on Normal. I took a break after that, and then got back into in about a month ago. I did a 100% Permadeath run on Hard, and then on Expert. First try on Expert failed in a sudden random Udam double tap on me around 50%.
Far Cry Primal. In my opinion it seemed like an almost perfect far cry game. The language ,the udam side of thing,the skull fire almost every thing about the struggle battle between the wenja and the udam tribe seems amazingly written for me.
